- Attachment content (PDFs, Word docs, Excel files, images) for data extraction
- Account information (company name, email address)
- Billing information (processed by Stripe — we never store card details)
- Usage data (documents processed, plan tier)
2. How We Use It
- To monitor your inbox and process incoming business documents
- To send notifications to your connected Slack or Teams workspace
- To manage your subscription and billing
- To provide customer support
3. What We Don't Do
- We do not store full email content
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not use your data to train AI models
- We do not share your data except as described below
4. Third Parties We Share Data With
- Anthropic — processes document content via Claude API for extraction (enterprise privacy terms apply, no training on your data)
- Stripe — handles billing and payment processing
- Microsoft — inbox access via Graph API
- Google — inbox access via Gmail API
- Slack / Microsoft Teams — notification delivery
5. Data Retention
Extracted PO data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, your data is deleted within 30 days upon request.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@trykaira.ai. You may revoke inbox access at any time through Microsoft or Google account settings.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies only for session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will notify you by email of material changes.
