By accessing or using KAIRA ("the Service") at trykaira.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
KAIRA is a B2B SaaS platform that monitors your email inbox, reads incoming purchase orders, RFQs, and general inquiries, extracts key data from attachments, and routes structured notifications to your connected Slack or Microsoft Teams workspace.
You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service on behalf of a business entity. By using KAIRA you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You grant KAIRA read-only access to your inbox solely for the purpose of processing incoming business communications. You may revoke access at any time through your account settings or directly through Microsoft or Google.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends. After 14 days your selected plan is billed automatically unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. Prices are listed in USD.
You agree not to use KAIRA to:
KAIRA reads your emails solely to extract and route business document data. We do not store full email content. Extracted data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
KAIRA integrates with Microsoft Graph API, Google Gmail API, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Stripe, and Anthropic's Claude API. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.
KAIRA is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Kaira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
